We stand behind our work completely. This page explains exactly how our refund guarantee works, what it covers, and how to request one if needed.

This refund policy applies to our website design and development service only.

How the Guarantee Works

Our guarantee activates the moment you provide your content and materials. From that point forward – from the first design draft all the way through to launch – you are fully protected.

You may request a full refund at any point during the project. Once the completed website is presented to you, you have 24 hours to make your final decision:

Love it? We launch it.

Don’t love it? Full refund. No questions asked.

After the 24-hour final review window closes without a refund request, the project is considered approved and accepted.

What the Guarantee Covers

The 100% money back guarantee covers our design and development service fee – the amount you paid us directly for the project.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered by our refund guarantee:

• Domain registration fees paid to a domain registrar
• Web hosting fees paid to a hosting provider
• Premium plugin or theme licenses purchased from third-party developers
• Any other costs paid directly to external providers as part of your project setup

These are third-party expenses that we do not collect or control. Many of these providers have their own refund policies, which we encourage you to review directly with them.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at refunds@shushanik.co with the subject line “Refund Request” at any point during the project, or within the 24-hour final review window after project completion.

Please include your name, the project details, and the reason for your request. We will confirm receipt and process your refund within a reasonable timeframe using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

When the Guarantee Does Not Apply

The guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

• You have not yet provided your content and materials – the guarantee activates only once these have been received
• The 24-hour final review window has passed without a refund request being submitted
• The project delay or issue is a direct result of your failure to provide required content, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner
• You have acted in bad faith or materially breached our Terms and Conditions

Project Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a project after work has commenced but before the guarantee has activated (i.e., before you have provided your content and materials), we reserve the right to retain a portion of any fees paid to cover work already completed. The specific amount will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation and will reflect the work done up to that point.

If you cancel after the guarantee has activated, the full refund guarantee applies and you are entitled to a complete refund of our service fee.
