I built my first website at around 16, for my father’s chess coaching business. It let him start working for himself.
Since then I have built websites for small businesses and startups in Armenia and abroad. I work on every project myself, from the first call to launch day, so you always know who is building your website.

What happens after the first year?

Larger additions, such as new pages or new features, are priced separately and agreed with you before I start.

How much does a website cost?
Every project has a fixed price. The 5-Page Website Build has a set price, shown in the Pricing section on this page. Larger or custom projects are priced after a free call, once the scope is clear.
The price is agreed before I start and does not change unless you choose to add something to the project. There is no hourly billing and there are no surprise invoices.
How do I pay?
By card, on Ameriabank’s secure payment page. Visa, Mastercard and ArCa cards are accepted, and you can also pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Your card details are entered on the bank’s page only. They are never entered on this website and never stored by it.
Are there any costs outside your fee?
Yes. Two services from other providers are needed to run a website: a domain name (about $10 to $15 a year) and hosting (about $3 to $10 a month). You pay those providers directly, and they are not part of my price. These are estimates: I confirm the actual costs after our first consultation, based on what your website needs.
If your project needs any other paid tool, you will know before the work starts.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects are finished within 1 to 2 weeks from the time I receive your content and payment.
Larger or more complex projects can take 4 to 6 weeks. The timeline is agreed with you before I start.
Need it sooner? Urgent projects are possible at an extra cost, but only when my schedule allows. Message me on WhatsApp first to check whether I can take yours on.
How is the website delivered, and who owns it?
The service is delivered online. When the website is finished and you have approved it, I publish it on your domain and give you a full copy of its files. Nothing is shipped physically.
The website is fully yours. You can host it anywhere and move it at any time. You are not tied to me or to a platform.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
The guarantee starts once you have given me your content, materials and payment. You can ask for a full refund at any point while I am building the website. When the finished website is presented to you, you have 24 hours to decide: launch it, or get a full refund.
The guarantee covers my development service. Costs paid to other providers, such as the domain and hosting, are not included. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.
