One Fixed Price Per Project
The price is agreed before I start, and it does not change unless you add to the project. Everything below is in Armenian dram; use the switch at the top of the page to see it in dollars or euros.

Urgent Delivery
Most projects are finished within 1 to 2 weeks. If you need it sooner, seven days or more is the standard price, and each day faster adds 10% to the price of the day before. These are the prices for a 5-page website, and urgent work is taken only when my schedule allows.
Timelines start from the time I receive your content and payment, and they cover my part of the work.
What The Price Includes
- Planning the pages with you before anything is built
- The design, the writing help and the build itself
- Testing on phone, tablet and desktop
- Search basics: titles, descriptions, headings and a sitemap
- Launch on your own domain, and every file handed to you
- Small updates and fixes, free for the first year
What It Does Not Include
These are paid to other providers, not to me. They are estimates: I confirm the actual costs after our first call, based on what your website needs.
- A domain name, about $10 to $15 a year
- Hosting, about $3 to $10 a month
- Premium subscriptions, only if your website needs one
- Paid photography or stock images, if you want them
Most websites need only the first two.
Care After The First Year
Small updates and fixes are free for the first year after your launch date. After that you choose one of two simple options.

Not Sure Which?
Which One Costs You Less?
Move the handle to the hours you expect and the answer updates.
How many hours of updates do you expect in a year?
What counts as a small update: content changes such as text, photos and prices, small adjustments to pages and layout, and fixes. New pages and new features are quoted separately.
Paying
When do I pay?
Payment is due before the work starts, once you have agreed the scope, the price and the launch date. For larger projects I split it in two: half to start, half before launch.
Can the price change?
Not unless you add to the project. The price we agree is the price you pay, and any addition is quoted and agreed before I build it.
How do I pay?
By card on this website, through Ameriabank’s secure payment page, or by bank transfer if you prefer. Card details are never entered on this website.
What if I am not happy?
You can ask for a refund at any point up to 24 hours after the website is complete. That is the 100% money-back guarantee, and it covers my development service.
