Refund And Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: October 16, 2026

Effective Date: October 16, 2026

Please read this policy carefully before engaging my services, and read it in full rather than in parts. The sections below depend on one another.

This page explains how refunds and cancellations work: what happens if you stop a project while it is running, what happens once the finished website is ready, and how and when money is returned.

It applies to my website development service, provided by Shushanik Gyozalyan, Individual Entrepreneur (TIN 67290936), registered at 41 Tigran Mets Ave, Vanadzor 2001, Republic of Armenia.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable to website builds, not additional services like urgent delivery, care or pay as you go care.

The 100% guarantee is explained below in this policy.

Project Cancellations

A project can be cancelled once you have paid. Before a payment there is nothing to cancel.

You may cancel at any time while the project is running, that is, at any point before I present the finished website to you. I then keep a portion of the fees paid to cover the work already completed and return the rest.

That portion is worked out from the work actually done, not as a share of the fixed project price. I tell you the exact amount at the time of cancellation.

Once the finished website has been presented, cancelling means asking for a refund within the 24 hours described below, and the full refund guarantee applies.

100% Money Back Guarantee

I stand behind my work completely.

My guarantee is a 24-hour window, and it opens the moment I present the finished website to you.

Those 24 hours are counted so that they fall on a business day, within your own working hours, which keeps the window fair.

Within that window, the decision is yours:

  1. Keep the website. I launch it and hand over the project files to you.
  2. Request a full refund. No questions asked.

The window is short on purpose. It is there for the case where the finished website is simply not what you wanted.

It is not extra time for changes. Changes within the agreed scope belong to the project itself and happen before the website is finished.

Once the 24 hours close without a refund request, the project is considered approved and accepted, and the handover follows. I publish the website on your domain and hand over every file.

What The Guarantee Covers

The 100% money back guarantee covers the website build: the fee you paid me for building the website.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered by my refund guarantee:

  • Domain registration fees paid to a domain registrar
  • Web hosting fees paid to a hosting provider
  • Premium subscriptions or licenses purchased from third-party providers
  • Any other costs paid directly to external providers as part of your project setup

These are third-party expenses that I do not collect or control. Many of these providers have their own refund policies, which I encourage you to review directly with them.

How To Request A Refund

To request a refund, email me at refunds@shushanik.co with the subject line “Refund Request” within the 24 hours after I present the finished website to you.

Please include your name, the project details, and the reason for your request. I will confirm that I have received it.

If You Ask For A Refund

The handover does not happen. The website is not published on your domain, and no files or accounts are handed to you.

The development, the designs and any content I produced for the project remain mine. I may show them in my portfolio, and I may change them and sell them to another client.

Your own material stays yours. Your text, your photographs, your logo and anything else you sent me are never reused.

How And When Refunds Are Paid

  • Card payments are refunded to the same card that was used to pay. The refund goes back through Ameriabank, the bank that processed the payment.
  • Payments made by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer to the account the payment came from.
  • Refunds are never paid in cash.
  • I send the refund within 5 business days of confirming your request. After that, your own bank may need a few more business days before the money shows on your statement.
  • The refund is made in the currency of the original payment (AMD, USD or EUR). If your card is in a different currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate, so the figure on your statement may differ slightly from what you first saw.
  • I charge no fee for making a refund. Any fee your own bank or payment provider deducts, and any loss on currency conversion, is yours to carry, not mine.

Refunded Or Cancelled: What You See On Your Statement

  • A card payment can be returned to you in two ways, and which one is used depends only on how soon it happens. Either way you get the money back and nothing is kept for making it.
  • Cancelled: if the payment is stopped within 72 hours of being made, the bank reverses it rather than sending money back. The amount is released to your card, and on many statements the charge simply disappears as though it had never been made.
  • Refunded: after those 72 hours the payment can no longer be reversed, only refunded. A refund is a separate credit to the same card, so your statement shows the original charge and the refund as two entries.
  • A refund can be for the whole amount or for part of it, whichever this policy allows in your situation.
  • A payment you started but never finished on the bank’s page is not a charge at all. If your bank shows it as a pending hold, your bank releases it in its own time, and the money never reaches me.

When The Guarantee Does Not Apply

The guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • The finished website has not been presented to you yet, so the 24-hour window has not opened. Until then, see Project Cancellations below
  • The 24-hour window has passed without a refund request being submitted
  • The project delay or issue is a direct result of your failure to provide required content, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner
  • You have acted in bad faith or materially breached my Terms and Conditions

Once the 24 hours have closed, the project is accepted and the payment is final. No refund is made after that point.
