My pricing is fixed per project. What we agree on is what you pay, with no hourly billing that spirals and no surprise invoices mid-project.The pricing ranges from $200 to $2,000+.
The exact investment varies depending on the scope, number of pages, and complexity, which is why the process starts with a free consultation call where we map everything out together.
Once we’ve agreed on scope and price, that’s locked in. The only time a number changes is if you choose to add something beyond what we originally defined and even then, we agree on it upfront before anything moves forward.
Yes, three third-party services are needed to run your website: a domain name (~$10-15/year), hosting (~$3-10/month), and Elementor Pro, the tool used to build your site (~$60-84/year).
Elementor Pro is a visual drag-and-drop editor, meaning once your site is live, you can make simple updates yourself without needing to touch any code.
That said, I actively look for the lowest deals on your behalf. I may offer shared hosting options and purchase Elementor Pro licenses in bulk, which significantly cuts costs compared to buying everything separately yourself.
If you’d prefer your own independent accounts and licenses, that’s completely fine too, and I’ll guide you through setting everything up.
These are the baseline requirements; depending on your needs, you may want additional tools or plugins, which we can discuss during the process.
Either way, you’ll know about any costs upfront, and they’re entirely separate from my fixed project fee.
Most projects are completed within 1–2 weeks. We kick things off with a call where I learn everything I need about your business, and from there I get straight to work.
I will also provide a shared Google folder where you can drop in additional materials at your own pace.
Throughout the process, I’ll check in on things like color palettes, fonts, and direction to make sure what’s being built is exactly what you envisioned. The faster you respond to those touch points, the faster we move.
For larger or more complex projects, the timeline can extend to 4–6 weeks but that’s the exception, not the rule.
Rushed timelines are available for an additional fee.
Your website will evolve as your business grows. Minor updates and tweaks are included at no additional cost… think content updates, small design adjustments, or fixing broken links.
For larger enhancements that go beyond the original scope we agreed on during discovery like adding new pages, courses, or advanced features, we offer reasonable pricing and work with you to prioritize what matters most.
Once you submit your content and materials, the guarantee activates. You can request a full refund at any point during the design and build process. When the completed site is delivered, you have 24 hours to make your final decision – love it and launch it, or get a full refund.

The process is collaborative by design, not a guessing game with limited chances to get it right. After each phase, you review and share feedback before we move forward, so by the time we reach the final version, it’s already been shaped around your input throughout.
Minor changes are included at no extra cost, provided the website remains as originally delivered and hasn’t been significantly altered by a third party.
For major enhancements that go beyond the original scope, a separate quote will be provided and you can expect it to be reasonable.
It’s just me, start to finish, I don’t outsource.
Because of that, I’m selective about whom I work with… I only take on experts and small businesses who are exceptional at what they do but whose digital presence doesn’t yet reflect that.
That focus means I care deeply about every project I take on, and honestly, it’s also faster. Handing work off to someone else creates more back and forth, not less.
If you don’t have a logo, we’ll create a clean text-based logo to get you started and when you have a proper design ready, we’ll swap it in.
For photos, I highly recommend investing in a professional shoot if you haven’t already. Whether it’s you as the face of your business, your team, your space, your products, or your work in action – real, high-quality visuals are what bring a website to life. It takes one day, and the images can be used across your website, social media, and marketing for years.
If you need a photographer, I can help point you in the right direction. In the meantime, we’ll work with what you have whether that’s existing photos or stock imagery and update once the professional shots are ready.
Fully yours. One of the advantages of building on WordPress is that I’ll provide you with a downloadable version of your entire website, which you can upload to any hosting platform you choose, at any time.
You’re not locked into a proprietary platform like Squarespace, Shopify, or Wix, where your site lives on their terms, at their pricing, with no real way out. With WordPress, you have complete ownership and the freedom to move, adjust, or scale however you see fit.
Most designers understand design. Most marketers understand funnels. Very few understand both and fewer still specialize exclusively in experts and service-based businesses.
I understand copywriting, which is what actually turns a visitor into a lead, and I bring that to every project alongside the design.

Every website I build includes foundational SEO setup so when someone searches your name or your business name, your website shows up.
If a potential client has heard of you and wants to find you online, they’ll find you.
Beyond that, ranking on Google for competitive search terms where people are searching for what you do without already knowing your name is a different discipline entirely. It requires ongoing, specialized SEO work that goes well beyond what’s included in a website build, and it’s a significant investment in its own right.
If that’s something you’re looking to pursue, I can point you in the right direction, but I’d rather be upfront about what SEO can and can’t do at this stage than overpromise.
